Where did those dossiers come from?

The Utah AG's Mouthpiece says "not from us!" The Salt Lake Tribune;

"Paul Murphy, Shurtleff's spokesman, said his office had nothing to do with profiles."


You know, that wouldn't exactly surprise me. Texas has been making stuff up all along.

    FWIW, I took Murphy's statement to shift all the blame to Washington County Sheriff Kirk Smith's lap.

    I have little doubt that Shurtleff's office was in some way in on the project during Warren's trial, and possibly some suggestion recently to send copies to Texas, but Murphy can side step that with the qualifications in his statement.
