According to the NCCPR Child Welfare Blog, the total of Nonsuits is now 304. This is confirmed by the Deseret News. Assuming they're using the same methodology as the Deseret News, and I do suppose that Nonsuits are Nonsuits and are an absolute number at any given time, then we're now at 304 out of 439.
That's 70%. The next barrier to pass on Nonsuits will be the 3 to 1 barrier. To get there CPS needs to nonsuit 22 more children. Have we any doubt that this will happen?
