It's official, Raymond Jessop to file his Appeal

No offense, but was there ever a question that he was going to appeal?
If not, then it was just a question of timing and the rules of appellate procedure give him specific timelines.
None taken, it's the kind of thing thing my readers want to hear. It also serves as a "trailer" (you know, a movie preview). Next Week on the Modern Pharisee, "Raymond Jessop, The Appeal," (rated PG-13).
As I understand it, Raymond has until Monday. If my sources are right what got filed in court Friday was a notice of appeal, the appeal will follow. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong. If it's certain persons, they will say I said the appeal was already filed or would be filed in a certain time frame. I think I qualified my remarks though.
