Rozita Swinton claims to have left the country. UPDATED

On the anniversary of the Raid, and the eve of her own trial on other charges in Colorado, is Rozita Swinton claiming to have left the country?

At the page one of her overt declared Lesbian Friends, Rozita Swinton claims to have left the country. On her "MySpace" page "Daughter of a KING" she said she was moving a few days ago. On that page she posts as both "Pretty in PINK" another ID which also goes back to 2007 as "Daughter of a KING." As "Pretty in PINK" she both signs "Rozita" and claims the blog http://estraletta.blogspot.com/. This acquaintance/friend graduated it would seem, with the class of '96 from Falcon High School, in El Paso county Colorado. That's Colorado Springs folks.

Based on the CLAIM on her other and/or newer MySpace identity that she lives in Ontario Canada, and her claim on "Daughter of a KING" that she is moving, by her own admission, she has left the country. I am also getting a lot of recent hits from Ontario Canada in the same time frame.

Rozita has also been this individual's friend now for nearly two years, her posts as "Daughter of a KING" dating back to July 3rd of 2007 and as "Pretty in PINK" back to September 4th, 2007.

UPDATE. The owner of the MySpace page has made a convincing presentation that she is not a close friend of Rozita, but a passing acquaintance. For that reason I am at least for now, removing references to her home page and her name. What is odd is that this paints a portrait of a young woman trapped in the idea that she is still in High School, and hanging out with High School students in Colorado Springs, pretending to be one of them.

It has been suggested to me by a friend that this is what a "NARC" does. It's a totally wild speculation, but could it be that Rozita was such a person, employed by law enforcement to befriend High School students, as if she was one herself?

Right now, I caution, that's just wild speculation, under the heading of "What if?"

Rozita goes to trial May 19th. Was she at the "Federal psychiatric facility in Missouri?"

Keep in mind the charges are unrelated except as to type Read on also to see Swinton's attorney brag his "firm is exclusively a criminal defense firm."

The Deseret News - "During a hearing in Colorado Springs, Colo., on Friday, a judge scheduled a May 19 jury trial for Rozita Swinton on a misdemeanor charge of making a false report. She is accused of calling authorities in February 2008, pretending to be a 13-year-old girl drugged, chained in a basement and being sexually abused.

According to court documents, the call triggered a door-to-door search until a mental health counselor told police it was Swinton, 34, who suffers from a multiple personality disorder. She has pleaded not guilty by reason of mental impairment."

First and most important fact to note is that this, is probably a predictor of what is going on in Arizona. Oh no, I would never imply special knowledge or back channel communication. Nooooo...not me. The fact that a trial date is set in May is an indicator that certain premiminary actions against Warren Jeffs will be finished with by April. Judge Conn has indicated he wants things done before trial, not after, so this month makes sense. There has been no activity on the filing front in Arizona, as I mentioned yesterday, for three weeks.

The Deseret News goes on to mention;

"Swinton's case has been delayed repeatedly since last year after she became a focus of the phone calls that led child welfare workers and law enforcement to the gates of the YFZ Ranch. She has been dubbed a 'person of interest' in the investigation. Child Protective Services caseworkers and law enforcement responded to a series of phone calls from someone claiming to be 'Sarah,' a pregnant, 16-year-old trapped in an abusive, polygamous marriage to an older man."

Now we're getting somewhere on the press front as they "notice" the foot dragging of her Criminal Lawyer, who mentions here that his firm's exclusive interest is criminal practice.



Swinton is a misdemeanant, not a felon. David Foley is pricey local talent for real trouble, and he's maneuvering like his client is on trial for something heinous, positioning her trial dates to take maximum advantage of other events.

"Swinton's criminal cases in Colorado were put on hold while she underwent inpatient mental health evaluation. A court docket from Castle Rock, Colo., obtained by the Deseret News last week said Swinton was placed at a psychiatric hospital in Missouri. The last entry on the court docket said doctors had indicated her discharge date was 'unknown'."

Well, I can tell you she was in Burley Idaho over the Thanksgiving day weekend, I can all tell you that there is a Federal psychiatric facility in Springfield Missouri, because that is where Elizabeth Smart's kidnapper Brian Mitchell was sent. Has Rozita been debriefed already by the Feds? Did the Deseret News ask that question?

"The El Paso County District Attorney's Office could not say if her status had changed, prompting the judge to set a trial date. Swinton's attorney, David Foley, did not return a call seeking comment on Friday."

It's a wild stretch I know, but did my little dust up about her blogging and traveling to Idaho have anything to do with it? Maybe. I'd love to think so but it probably was just vaguely coincidental.

UPDATED AGAIN: (03/06/09)There is little doubt that the blogger at http://estraletta.blogspot.com/ is Rozita Estraletta Swinton. This means there is also little doubt that she has read, and commented in the past on this blog. Picking out her exact posts from her and her sympathizers is a bit difficult, unless of course her chorus is herself.

Initially I had a hard time believing that she would do something so overtly self identifying, but she is a certified "attention whore." At least the blogger knows Rozita or Rozita would want us to think she is the blogger. I have independent confirmation of certain activities that connect the two.

Just A Reminder on Rozita and Danger

Remember, she nearly touched off a conflagration similar to Waco, in which many children did die. She has a history of faking the distress of children. Here Rozita, who is arguably the most successful group child abuser in history, holds yet another child.

I have contacted, as I said, the County Attorneys in El Paso and Douglas counties Colorado. Rozita has continuously engaged in games with the police and fake distress calls for the last 4 years. Colorado, why do you allow this?

This is said to take place in November of 2008, by those that took the pictures. It's also a commentary on the state of foster care, since the man who hosted Ms. Swinton, is a foster parent. Was Rozita hoping to get her hands on some of these kids?

I offer the disclaimer that there could be some sort of mixup where I obtained these pictures, as to the date, but there is little doubt as to the identity of the woman in the picture, and Rozita, the "blogger," links to the site.

What is Colorado Thinking?

We are asked to believe that this is Rozita. Remember that this was taken while Rozita is out on Bail with two cases pending in Douglas and El Paso Counties in Colorado.

The picture is taken a bare minimum of two states and just under 800 miles away from the places that Rozita is charged with or convicted of offenses and awaiting sentencing. As of this moment I have a call in to Douglas County and to El Paso county asking them if it is normal procedure to release a high profile defendant who is under investigation in Texas and the subject of possible subpoenas in both Arizona and Texas to travel out of state.

I have also asked if is a violation of her bail. This series of photographs, the first one published early this morning, shows Rozita in a variety of settings and activities.

Consider that Rozita is on the internet in this picture. Her laptop computer is hooked to a telephone "dial up" connection as two children peer at what she is doing. Nothing wrong with that, except that Rozita narrowly misses being one of the biggest mass murders in US History by virtue of the fact that the FLDS did not resist. She's sitting with two small children.

Rozita also by my interpretation is one of the biggest child abusers in recent US History. The trauma inflicted on the over 400 children taken in April last year will scar them for the rest of their lives. Hopefully they will recover quickly and make the most of their experience, but nothing changes the fact that this woman set off a chain of events that traumatized hundreds of children. Rozita, is a mass child abuser. She's sitting with two small children.

Furthermore, by comparing several of these newer photographs with the blog we are supposed to believe is hers it is highly likely that the portion of the woman's face on the blog of this "princess" is in fact a portion of a picture of Rozita Swinton. Since there are precious few pictures of Rozita available, it stands to reason that the author of the blog knows Rozita or has access to her or those close to her. We are supposed to believe it is her, probably because it is her, and this is what she says on her blog.

"I enjoy traveling and helping to better the lives of the less fortunate. I have traveled to El Salvador and Venezuela to help build bridges and build homes for orphans. There is a huge void in my life when I'm not helping people."

In that we are asked to believe that this is Rozita, I have a message for her. You are not capable, in your lifetime, of rectifying the wrongs you have done already. Judging from the quality of your "help," it would be best if you spend your life NOT helping anyone. That would be the greatest help you could provide. Please, just go away. You couch your "help" in terms of filling a void in your life. You are not helping anyone, you are doing this for entirely selfish reasons. No one wants or needs that sort of help.

"I have a huge heart & Family is number #1 to me."

No, remember? You have a huge void you are trying to fill. Try to fill that void, and then perhaps you will do less harm. The game of life is a loss to you so far, try to start by doing what is right, confess to your complete involvement, how you came to be involved, who was involved if anyone, with you, and what you did regarding the FLDS at YFZ. Make the atonement that you can make.

"I'm down to earth and funny and have lots of great stories to tell."

Oh yeah, that whole business last April was a scream. You brought the coliseum down with the wails of children pulled from their mothers. You're a regular laugh riot.

"Once you have meet me you will never meet another person like me."

On this we agree.

Also at the "What Princess Says" blog, which we are asked to believe is Rozita's she has a scrolling Motto that says "Well behaved women rarely make History."

I disagree. Mary, the mother of Christ was well behaved, she made history. It's what KIND of history you make. Jezebel and Athaliah made history too. I wouldn't want to make their kind. If your just trying to make your mark, you've done that already.

I am a bit nervous about the information I have received. There is always the possibility that it is an elaborate misdirection. We already know Rozita specializes in that sort of thing.

One of two things has happened here. I have every reason to believe the photographs were taken when and where I am told they were taken, placing Rozita outside Colorado. If this was done deliberately to set off Pro FLDS forces, then it hardly helps Rozita. Stirring up a bunch of publicity about her gallivanting around the country will only serve to place her under more scrutiny in the future, if it doesn't land her in jail. So either someone is engaging in their idea of fun, with what appears to be genuine access to Rozita, or it's really Rozita, really doing what she is purported to be doing, when she is said to have done it.

In the latter case, I have to wonder what Colorado thinks it was doing. At this very moment we would have every reason to believe that an unrepentant Rozita is up to her old tricks, "Helping Someone."

I saw Rozie Kissing Santa Claus....and jumping bail?

Isn't she just a little big for this? Sitting on Santa's lap at 34 would seem to be a case of arrested development, to me.

A source gave me this photo (copyright claimed and photo removed). This was the best one of several for publication.

It's in November of last year according to the source, it's also not in Colorado. The other pictures sent with it make it clear that this is not some hospital event, it was in a store or shopping mall.

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't Rozita out on bail? One, maybe two or more states away from Colorado while awaiting trial and court appearances, isn't that a violation of her bail?

Colorado could be different. Colorado could have granted her travel permission.

I suppose.

Swinton not on the lam, it's all a "misunderstanding."

But the bottom line is that after escaping cameras by rescheduling EARLY on Friday, Rozita and her attorney probably missed a more aggressive press corp on Monday by not showing up at all. Neither of them.

Oh come on. It doesn't take a couple of Rocket Scientists to smell THIS. The Denver Post.

"A woman considered a person of interest in an investigation of phone calls that may have sparked a raid on a Texas polygamist group appeared in a Colorado courtroom Tuesday, a day after she was supposed to appear in a separate case.

The lawyer for Rozita Swinton of Colorado Springs said the no-show on the charge of violating probation was because of a misunderstanding and Swinton didn't realize she had to appear, said Kathleen Walsh, a spokeswoman for the 18th Judicial District.

The judge then quashed an arrest warrant that was issued after Swinton failed to appear at the hearing Monday, Walsh said. She will be due in Douglas County District Court again Aug. 6."

Ok, I KNEW, and if Rozita didn't think SHE had to show, why is it that her attorney didn't think HE had to show? We all knew out HERE she had to be in court, neither of them did? This smells.

I smell either Tactics or BS, one or the other. Most likely BOTH. Another delay for a month, just like the last time. Now we get Harry Reid's Senate hearings and more Texas Grand Jury Funtime before Rozita is in court again. You ABSOLUTELY cannot get me to believe that this is the real story.

Again, I knew she was to be in court today, the PRESS knew she was to be in court today, SHE DIDN'T KNOW? Her attorney who is an experienced prosecutor "didn't know?" Whatever happened we now have people politely agreeing to say it was all "just a misunderstanding." Time to roll up you pants, it's too late to save your shoes.

PS: I'm going to add my best guess. She flew the coop, and her attorney knew it, therefore David Foley didn't show. I don't know when the honorable Mr. Foley got the call from Rozita that she had taken off, but he got it. Maybe she's in Tennessee when she calls, who knows. She can't make it back to Colorado in time to be in court.

Douglas county issued a media communique that said there would be "more information in the morning" about the arrest warrant, which they pretty much had to issue. THIS suggests that David Foley is in communication all day with Douglas county trying to smooth things over and by the end of today, a compromise is reached. Rozita will come back, we'll say it's all a big misunderstanding, and reset the court date to August 6th. Well, you know what my buddies Penn and Teller would say.

CASTLE ROCK, Colo. - "An arrest warrant was issued Monday for a woman considered a person of interest in phone calls that may have sparked a raid on a Texas polygamist group. The warrant was issued after she didn't show up in court on the charges of violating probation.

Rozita Swinton, of Colorado Springs failed to show up for a hearing in Douglas County District Court on Monday afternoon for one of two false-reporting cases against her in Colorado."

Maybe she ran off with the one armed man. My instinct would be to check first, at her Foster Mother's house. David Foley, her attorney, DID NOT SHOW EITHER.
