Case DC10-13278M Dismissed (UPDATED)

For want of Prosecution.
The Dallas County Court System has lost patience with TxBluesMan / GregJackP / Gregory Jack Prickett. Should I now prosecute him for barratry?

The earlier version of this post directed you to the wrong "Google Doc" for the dismissal of the case. That is now fixed.

Who wins the credibility contest: Sgt. Prickett or Hugh McBryde? There’s really no question.

No, there isn't. I won.
A while ago, "FLDS Texas," a blog who has no reason to be rabidly supportive of Ex UNT Sgt. Gregory J. Prickett, crowed that there was no question as to who would win the credibility contest.

Now there is no question.

I won.

Greg can't even answer the questions that a man who was not TxBluesMan would be eager to answer.

I have comments I'm working on with regard to Allen Steed. It would appear that in pleading to this charge, the case against Warren is now even technically dead as well as practically speaking.

Tulsa Time

Appologies to Danny Flowers.
Danny wrote Tulsa Time, which is most popular in our memories as a song either by Don Williams or Eric Clapton. Danny was born in Henderson North Carolina. I was born in North Carolina. I was just in Henderson a few weeks ago. But I digress. I intend to digress more than one time in this post.

This is going to be one of those catch-all/catch-up messages, intended to let you know what's going on in life with me, and more or less why I haven't been blogging. Trucking, (I am now a Over the Road trucker) has not lived up to it's promise as far as free time to write and blog goes. Probably an experienced trucker would have told me this had I asked. I asked (it appears), the wrong experienced trucker.

First of all, on my absence of comment on the FLDS and Warren. Warren signed the 120. I thought he was winning. Maybe all Warren is trying to do is stay out of the General Population in a Texas Prison as long as he can. Warren Jeffs has been made into the moral equivalent of a Jeffrey Dahmer. Warren, the media narrative goes, consumes the virgin flesh of young girls to satisfy his sick sexual appetites. Jeffrey ate people.

Jeffrey Dahmer was a trophy kill in prison. I sadly think Warren may be lined up for the same fate. I think Texas knows this. Given that Warren may not survive in prison, it may not matter how long he spends there. He won't be freed on appeal and the railroad style trial that Judge Walther would give him puts him in the crosshairs long enough to die. Perhaps this is Warren's thinking. Maybe his defense team knows something we don't that is a game changer. I don't think so.

The FLDS no longer talk to me and what is in the media is all I know. I've peaked behind the curtain on two ends. Rozita Swinton and "TxBluesMan." It doesn't seem to interest them. I'd be vitally interested in the FBI communications network that seemed to exist before Rozita was "discovered." So far the FLDS have only paid lip service to interest in that topic.

TxBluesMan had extraordinary access, sometimes posting court documents before the Judge seemed to see them or approve them. I seem to know who TxBluesMan is. That's interesting. The FLDS again give lip service to being interested in the topic. That's all though. Proving any conspiracy leading up to the invasion of YFZ may well let all the FLDS men go overnight. They don't seem to care. I don't know why. Maybe they have looked. Maybe I had good couple of leads that didn't pan out. I don't know.

On to what's happening with me.

I continue to pursue several paths that seem at least theoretically open to me.

In short, I propose a business/religion empire based on family and a spine of trucking.

How romantic.

I've "proposed" that anyone interested could contact me and the starting position of the business would be staffing one truck with two wives/drivers and me. That would mean you would get ten days off in a row, away from the cranky old Pharisee, and ten days with him. If I'm too much to take, maybe I wouldn't be in tiny doses.

Those of you who think the current Mrs. Pharisee doesn't know of this proposal are wrong.

A number of things would have to work out for the above to be the path.

The end result would be part ownership in a diversified business that had trucking as part of the enterprise. Driving the rest of your life is not part of the idea. Driving part of your life away, would be.

Follow the above link for more details.

Another path is the formation of a denomination, which continues to be my interest. This continues to progress. It is agonizingly slow. People are in addition, just too stubborn to admit that the best way to do things is simply to agree with me.

Odd, isn't it?

Then there is the sort of Methodist/Presbyterian circuit riding polygynist preacher. I need people to pony up for that one. It's quite simple. Support the effort monetarily and I will use my far ranging truck driving profession to show up on occasion, preach, take your money and deliver the sacraments, which for a reformed venue is pretty much baptism and communion.

The last is the least complex. I can make free time as a solo trucker. I do range about the country from one end to another. If I derived an income as a preacher the truck is just my wandering taxicab. It also would serve the denominational goal but from a slightly different angle.

I haven't mentioned the other path.

That's giving up, closing up shop, declaring bankruptcy, and shouting "Bah, Humbug" into some anonymous box canyon and retiring from public view. That would be after beating my head against the wall now for more than 20 years and coming to the conclusion, as I rapidly am beginning to seriously entertain, that no one at all, cares.

So what about Tulsa Time?

It appears that Tulsa does have it's own time standards. It is laid back. No one works in this industrial park on weekends, well one merchant does. Several of the commercial buildings are empty. They remind me mysteriously of the abandoned ABM site east of Conrad Montana. Melting snow drips. It's accumulated in places you would expect people to clear out. The ABM site was like that.

I hoofed it for about a mile round about my delivery site which won't take my cargo until tomorrow morning. There were no laundromats. There were no bars. There were no churches. There was a church TV station. There was a 24 hour a day pawn shop that redeemed gold and silver. It was busy.

Eventually I went back to the "receiver" of my freight and looked again for an outlet to plug into for my laptop. There were none. I continued to be nervous about the fact that there was what appeared to be an abandoned "tractor" (the term for the "truck" portion of an eighteen wheeler, it had expired plates and hadn't moved for a while and was backed up to the "dock"). The whole dock area showed only marginal signs of use. The snow was cleared away from the dock which was comforting, but I saw no signs of life at all. No security (it is Tulsa though) and no noises. Finally I did get an angle on the roof cooling unit and could hear it running. I felt better.

I have been sent to wrong locations before. It now appears this was not one of them. It's just sleepy. Tulsa time you know.

So I'm sitting on a loading dock of an adjoining business that does have plugs, and lighting, and listening to the snow melt dripping. It was 70 when I got here, it's in the 50's now. The snow is melting quickly but there was a lot of it to melt in Tulsa. It's still melting. Water is running everywhere.

This brings me to the digression (in part) of another reason I haven't been blogging.

There is the issue of no one giving a rat's hiney. It's hard to keep banging on the door when no one is home. It bruises your hands.

There is the issue of depression.

This is a depressing job when you're not moving or sleeping. I don't like hanging out in a truck. It is turning out to be very hard for me to compose a thought, and then follow through with putting it into print when the overwhelming thought is "oh, never mind," because when the truck stops moving, and you're not making the dough, and you're not sleeping, it's really really REALLY depressing.

I got into this business to be with a friend and to set about the activity of forming a new denomination.

I am now alone.

I never go home.

I miss my wife.

I'm not making enough money to justify doing this as a solo driver. I keep putting the pencil to it and can't make it work.

I do have one or two ways to make "soloing" work better that I've been trying. We'll see.

I try to be honest about who I am and what my faults are. I try to set things in front of you all so that you know me as well as you can know anyone you haven't met, or may have only met briefly.

There are drawbacks. It's the issue of "Pearls before Swine."
"Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you."
They do rend.

Most of what I encounter to my posts on both of my blogs now, is that rending.

Alone, I must tell you, it is extremely painful.

There are those that trample. They lie. They rend. They twist everything you say and yes, it hurts a great deal.

I don't mind saying so as I continue to try to be honest about who I am and what I am. Just saying the above will let me in for another round of jeering and ridicule. The only vague interest I have in that trampling and rending is what bizarre twist will my words be subjected to when I hear them read back to me, modified.

So I'm here in Tulsa. I may be here until Tuesday. Clock-wise, as a trucker, I have about four hours left to spend before Tuesday. I cannot go too many places in four hours. I certainly can't go on from that place to another. I may visit the local service center for my "tractor" and see if they can diagnose some odd things that are occurring with old blue. We'll see.

I think if I want to write, and to blog, I need to get out of the truck. It helps a lot.

GregJackP (AKA TxBluesMan AKA Gregory Jack Prickett) Indicts himself with his own words.

In today's University of North Texas student newspaper. Highlights.
North Texas Daily - "UNT Dallas Police Coordinator Gregory J. Prickett, a 20-year member of the department, was placed on administrative leave in October while investigators looked into complaints that he had blogged and edited Wikipedia articles at work."
And of course, as the article states previous to this quote, was fired last month.

Greg.

They don't fire you for blogging from work when you've been there for 20 years. They DISCIPLINE you. Additionally, your University's legal counsel was on your side, and threatened to arrest ME if I came to make my complaint in person.

Why were you fired Greg?

Because I lied?

Or because YOU lied?
"In a three-page complaint submitted to UNT on Oct. 1, Hugh McBryde, a long-haul truck driver from Missoula, Mont., details the escalation of an online feud between himself and a blogger he said he believed to be Prickett.

McBryde alleges Prickett used a variety of pseudonyms to harass him and defame his character after the two men quarreled on various online forums over the legality of a 2008 law enforcement raid on the Yearning for Zion Ranch in Eldorado, Texas.

McBryde’s complaint states that a blogger using the screen names 'GregJackP' and 'TXBluesman,' among others, began posting online statements in August, warning 'Past, Present and Future employers' not to hire McBryde because 'he finds 7 yr old girls sexually attractive.'

McBryde said he decided to seek the identity of the anonymous blogger after he said he felt threatened when pictures of his grown daughter were posted to an online forum."
I of course saw that my daughter was far more threatened than I, but not wanting to involve her in the mess more than she was already involved (she finds it funny, now), I chose to frame my complaint as a threat against me personally and an attempt to extort and/or blackmail me or punish. Greg apparently has done this kind of thing before:
"Denton Attorney Richard Gladden represented former UNT student Gus Elliott in a 2005 lawsuit against Prickett and another officer.

The lawsuit, which Prickett went on to win, stemmed from an incident in 2003.Ell iot received a chipped tooth and a cut on his chin that required stitches when he became involved in an altercation with the two officers during a traffic stop, Gladden said. During the course of the suit, Gladden said he found himself the target of a character assassination attempt by a blogger on a law enforcement forum.

Under a pseudonym, which Gladden could not recall, the person posted information about criminal convictions Gladden had received years prior and called the attorney’s credibility into question, Gladden said.

Gladden said he believes the blogger was Prickett.

'It seemed to be a kind of immature way of dealing with the situation he found himself in,' Gladden said. 'It’s the whole idea of him, rather than dealing with things in court, attacking my character anonymously on the Internet.' "
Greg of course, tips his hand with this quote:
" 'I was surprised by how poor the investigation was. They didn’t do any background checks on McBryde,' Prickett said. "From the idea of the questions they were asking, it seemed like they were really just making a case against me.' "
GOTCHA! That's what YOU do Greg (TxBluesMan). When someone makes an accusation, INVESTIGATE THEM! Smear THEM! Haven't you heard that whores can be raped?

Maybe you should go into law as an attorney after all Greg, and defend rapists.

Now the big question Greg. Liar. Who ELSE have you been investigating? I note you didn't find anything on me other than I have been divorced.

I'll see your civil lawsuit, and raise you to one criminal complaint. Why do they know you so well there? Never mess with my family you towering idiot.

You see Greg, once you were discharged (retired/quit), your internal investigation file at UNT? That became "probable cause," or "reasonable suspicion."

Half Right? Bad Blart (da Big Prick) Speaks

So, if he lost his job, but still is working the court case, I'm half right. In response to a letter to him titled "Loser," the content of which was one word; "Coward," the Loser Speaks:
"Mr. McBryde,

I don't normally check your blog on a regular basis anymore. I don't know where you got your information on court, but I was at the 9:00 a.m. docket call. In addition, I filed the non-served returns for Ledbetter and Medvecky, in addition to Plaintiff's 1st Amended Motion for Service by Publication. The return for Schroeder was returned by the New York County Sheriff's Office as non-served today also. I have attached a file-stamped copy of that motion for service by publication, along with a motion to reset the hearing for the Temporary Injunction until such time that service could be accomplished on the defendants (including you). Judge Tobolowsky has taken the motions under advisement.

If you wish to respond to the suit prior to being served by publication, you can execute a waiver of service and file your answer with the clerk of the 298th District Court, 600 E. Commerce St. #101, Dallas, TX 75202. I have attached a copy of such a waiver. If you chose to be a man, to stand up and answer the lawsuit, this would be the fastest and easiest way to proceed. You of course do not have to do so, you can wait until you are served by publication, but one way or another, you will be served.

I have attached a copy of the complaint, although I believe that you have already seen it.

To make it perfectly clear to you, I am not dropping the lawsuit.

GJP"
I got my info verbally from court employees yesterday by phone, and they told me no one showed. You say someone did. (ASSuming the writer of this letter is the EX Sgt. Gregory J. Prickett.) My only official knowledge of this case is that it existed, and has been dropped due to non action.

Serve me and prove otherwise you yellow piece of crap who attacks young women as a substitute for manly confrontation.

My Answer to the Yellow (ex) Mall Cop of Texas:
"You're still a loser and a coward. I don't know who "gregoryjprickett@gmail.com" is. Never have. If you are one in the same as the UNT Prick, great. I don't have any way of knowing that and I don't open attachments from "suspects" like that.

Yellow cowards who threaten my daughter are SCUM. If you are that SCUM, PRICKett, you are the worst type of sniveling low life. You are no man. You disgrace the law. You are a creepy stalking sociopathic sadist who hides behind a badge and attacks young women to settle differences men do, face to face, honorably and publicly.

Own up. Man up. It's never too late.

You haven't ever tried to serve any of us. Barratry is a felony, but oddly, only in Texas."
I sent the letter to all three known addresses that are answered, by "TxBluesMan" (AKA Gregory Jack Prickett/Bad Blart). Bad Blart only answered from the "gmail" address that I have no way of certifying is Gregory Jack Prickett. I called Dallas County yesterday, I had them list the "defendants" in Bad Blart's lawsuit and I was in fact one of them and I said, "I'm one of those people," (if in fact I am the same Hugh McBryde). There are other "Hugh McBrydes" if only a few others, in this country. The court said no one showed. As of this publication, there is no new court date.

This is my only official knowledge so far.

I really have no reason to ask Dallas County about this matter again.

If Texas Judges set court dates for 9am, and no one shows and then they show later and the Judge allows this crap to continue, that's really new information for me. I always thought "no show" amounted to "dismissed case" or "default judgement." No show on the part of the plaintiff? Dismissed case.

So I'll grant "Bad Blart" the benefit of the doubt for the purposes of discussion only and say the case is still active. For the purposes of discussion. So I'm half right. Or two thirds.

Bad Blart, the Big Prick is still Yellow. He's still a Coward. I note he doesn't claim to be employed. I note he doesn't deny (again) being TxBluesMan of Coram Non Judice infamy. 1-2-3-4 (right) 1 wrong (again for the purposes of discussion).

That's 4-1 Bad Blart. I'm batting .800. You're still a loser.

Sgt. Gregory J. Prickett loses Job, loses Court Case (Job Loss Confirmed w/UNT admin)

I have now officially ascertained that I was a defendant in case DC-10-13278M in Dallas County Texas' "Civil Division." Also, "Sam" becomes the second UNT Police Dept. Member to confirm that he no longer works there. Greg was a "no show" in court today.

This makes it Hugh Darby McBryde 1 Billion, SGT. Gregory Jack Prickett ZERO. Game, set, match, FINIS. That means what I accused him of is in fact TRUE. TxBluesman/GregJackP and what ever other stupid alias he's using or has used, violated the LAW to SMEAR his opposition. He's a liar, a felon, a coward, a sadist and now an EX Cop.

How UNT Sgt. Greg Prickett gets his way.
Like it will ever happen. The Yellow Mall Cop of Texas doesn't dare face me.
I still haven't been served and no self respecting Judge keeps a December 20th court date. I hear the "hearing" has been rescheduled from today, until December 20th. That means next year, or never.

TxBluesMan. Prickett. You are NOT a man. You hide behind threats to my daughter. You are yellow scum. A coward. Slime.

Unnamed sources at the University of North Texas have confirmed: Sgt. Gregory J. Prickett is on administrative leave, as a result of the stalking/extortion investigation started by my complaint to the University.

Having read the petition for "ex parte" relief, I note that Sgt. Prickett still does not deny being TxBluesMan of Coram Non Judice. Maybe I missed something.

Yes it is

This is in fact, a picture of my step daughter, the blog in question does in fact use her name, and they name my wife.
FLDS Texas equates what I am doing (picturing Sgt. Gregory J. Prickett) with what they are doing (vaguely questioning the chastity of my daughter as "concubine" or "girlfriend") with a picture taken at a University of Montana Food Fair. The picture here, will come down when they take down their picture of her, since I am linking to their pirated picture of my daughter.  The gentleman with her is merely Saudi and a friend, nothing else.  He usually dresses in jeans.

In addition, they name my ex wife (fortunately though by the wrong name). I will not provide them with her correct name for reasons that among other things, I remain oddly protective of my ex. It's not what she could tell about me, it's that I am sure she does not wish to be bothered. And no, I did not "beat up" my ex wife. Nothing close to that ever happened. Yes, she did have a propensity to kick doors off their hinges when she was upset. I don't think she's going to want to talk to you. Really.

There are other quotes:
"If the university does not take action against Hugh, there’s a real problem. He won’t stop until someone stops him."
My daughter and another Saudi Friend
They probably aren't, because if it isn't Greg Prickett, it's someone else or several someone's at the University and it's almost certain that Greg knows that, and knows who he/she/they are. I remain as convinced as you can be without touching the smoking gun or hearing his confession, that it's him. Part of it is the reaction of FLDS Texas when you poke at Prickett. He certainly seems to be part of the monster. I'd ask, when you confront someone, and all they do is attempt to make your actions more costly or painful to you than they had been in the past, what are they saying when they say "I need to be stopped?" What are they saying when they make my innocent and uninvolved daughter the moral equivalent of a combatant?

I'm not picturing people uninvolved, I'm picturing people involved. They are picturing persons in the neighborhood in the hopes that I will find the experience to frightening or costly to them, and will give up.

That's EXTORTION. Extortion is a FELONY. In addition, it's being conducted across state lines.
I’m a little disturbed about people bringing up the full names and even pictures of people unrelated to this whole issue except for their connection to a nutcase. Let Hugh and Bill and the other slimeballs drag innocent bystanders into this if they must but shouldn’t we have a higher standard of ethics?
No Rebeckah, the people you hang out with are in fact, low life slimeballs. Make no mistake, bad company corrupts good morals.

And no, you don't "stalk" anonymous antagonists, you simply find them.

Just when you think they can't get any dumber...

FLDS Texas watching the Boomerang
Like a pile up in the fog on an Interstate, FLDS Texas remains the wreck that keeps on growing:
Anny Moose @ FLDS Texas - "What SHugh needs to realize is that obtaining driver’s license information is available on the internet to any and everyone who is willing to pay for it. You don’t have to be involved in law enforcement to get that kind of information any longer. It’s just a matter of whether or not you’re willing to pay."
Really? My understanding of such internet services is that there is a legitimate commercial use clause. Completely apart from the idea that it's an awful quick update for "Stamp" to have gotten less than a month after I got my CDL, the information ON my CDL. The choices are "obsessive whack job pounding on the enter key every five minutes looking for the lastest update" or, "that's not how you got it liar, you pulled it through information sharing resources that a law enforcement agency has."

Please don't make me go into a long drawn out explanation of why it is I don't think you have the brains to figure it out on your own and be that confident of your information.

With the first choice, of getting my DL information through a "pay for" service, I'm going to want to know what legitimate use you had for the knowledge. In the second instance, I'm going to want to know what Law Enforcement investigation was being conducted on me that required such information.

In both cases, I'm going to want to know what make you think you can disperse and publish your findings. So really people, thanks for the admission that you DID pull my DL record and thanks for the admission that you did so without legitimate purpose. You may think you're digging up dirt on me, but what you're really doing, is digging a hole for yourselves.

Any of you clowns have money?

Any of you clowns want to visit the iron bar motel you keep thinking you're going to march me off to? Any of you care to explain how it is you know HOW LONG I supposedly went to school?

The Pharisee Stops by to Visit Texas (FLDS News Explodes!)

Extra! Extra! Read all about it, the Pharisee is in Texas on this Big Day.
I continue to have limited blogging ability. It's because in my new job I am rarely in a place where I can blog. There is no restriction on my doing so from my new employer but it's always one thing or the other, I have the time, but not the access, the access but not the time, both time and access but literally no power. Computers love power.

Toes has uncovered the strong possibility that Blues is either someone else (making me WRONG again!)(well, not really) that is related to Greg J. Prickett. Read all about it.

Blues has closed his/her/their blog, which you all probably know by now.

Bill Medvecky reveals that when the Rock of Sacred Identification was cast into the Dark Anti FLDS Bat Cave, the winged rats started flying in all directions.

Ain't life grand?

To me, "TxBluesMan's" identity has always been a way to get behind the curtain. The Blogger(s) were either important power players, or being fed by them as fronts. It appears now that the latter is true with Bill's claim (believe me it's well founded) that the Texas AG's office is materially involved:
"Who would have thought that an Assistant Attorney General of the State of Texas would have not only jeopardized her Bar License, but will result in the overturning of all of the convictions made so far for giving opposing council (At the time), illegal access to States Evidence.

Personally, I DO NOT believe Ms. Goodman worked alone. I would not be surprised in the least if barbie knew what she was doing at the time. The likelyhood that she took it upon herself to supply Natalie with the States evidence without Nichol’s knowledge and/or approval is also slim. Did good old Ironsides know? Probably."
If provable (I have no doubt that someone in the Texas AG's office was helping, along with others), this news should implode the states cases and blow up at least some if not all of their convictions. I honestly don't know how it affects the plea bargained cases since they preserved their right of appeal, and I in my humble opinion don't see how this news affects appeals, directly.

Here's how it might work: Now that the State's surrogate Ms. Malonis and one of the AG's office have put themselves in jeopardy, the highly politicized judiciary of Texas will suddenly decide to "hear" the evidence appeal, and find (shock) that the Evidence was collected illegally. There will be some conference (all verbal and off the record) in which the State of Texas suggests to FLDS attorneys that they drop the chase of their Cavalcade of Criminal Civil Servants and back of the prosecution of private parties, that the appeal will be expedited and upheld. The FLDS will probably take it. For the rest of our sakes I would hope they would role the dice and tear down the criminal house of Texas LE, but they probably will not. My guess is they will settle for damages and go home. Warren will shortly be a free man if this is the case.

In analyzing Ms. Malonis' sudden departure as attorney for Bruce Wisan and for Carolyn Jessop, all I can say is you don't stop when you're winning, unless really, you just lost big behind the scenes. An attorney jumping off the horse in midstream is either unethical, or the result of unethical behavior. We can assume the latter is the most likely explanation.

How did this all start? I can't say that I did it. Such connections have been suspected for a long time, but the strategy is indeed mine (though probably not exclusively so). Find someone in the "Blues" camp. Paint the target. Get target lock and tone. Watch 'em scatter and start taking names.

My "Unnamed Source" (who may be named anytime he/she wishes) was researching "GregJackP" (Prickett) and his connection with another Wikipedia user/editor identified as Natalie Malonis. As you may know, I take the position that "Climate Change" as "anthropogenic" is a myth. From what I can tell, my unnamed source doesn't see it that way. The fact though that I was involved in a "WikiWar" and got banned (here comes the silver lining) and the fact that I blogroll anti anthropogenic climate change blogs made my blog the result of a Google search. And my source read all about it.

And started putting two and two together.

And emailed me Friday, September 10th and asked if he/she could call me. I emailed the source my phone number, and it went from there. So on Sunday the 12th, I blogged a picture of Greg Prickett and asked "WhoDat?" I wasn't going to do that but the unnamed source (who was not doing what they were doing at my bidding or knowing who I was) had already called Greg. He had been alerted.

The source and I have since become friends and we talk often.

Shortly before that I had given all the information to a variety of real "operatives" having also immediately disclosed the information to people who could communicate it to the FLDS. The strategy switched from "sneak up behind them" to "shock and awe" and watch the rats scatter while taking inventory of their identities and their incriminating behavior.

It now appears that people on the "other side" are talking to save their skins and the 10,000 piece jigsaw puzzle suddenly began to take shape and the rest of the pieces of course, started to fall in place. Believe me, a selfish part of me would have been tempted to keep the story close to the chest until more parts of the puzzle fell in place and published a big piece on my blog (the seagull mentality, mine mine mine) but this has never been about me so as I said, I distributed the information and those various cooperative independent "operatives" went to work with their God Given unique and similar talents.

Naming Toes,Bill Medvecky, Da Vulture and Scott Ledbetter doesn't paint the whole picture, they were just the ones who have been public about their involvement, but the list is longer.

In the end what I hope and pray for is a total discrediting of the various local, state and national law enforcement agencies involved. I would hope that a legalization of polygyny grows out of this. I would like for those that proposed the fate of the FLDS, to go to jail.

Jail you say Hugh? I thought you did not approve of jails.

I don't, but Biblically the most apt punishment for false witnesses and conspirators of that sort, was to receive the punishment they intended for their intended victims. So, jail it is. I don't think that will happen, but that's the not quite fully banished idealist in me.

I encourage you to go and visit the Jury Bulletin Board Blog (FLDS Texas)* and see the monster in it's death throes. It's ugly.

I have a lot of thoughts on the matter, some will no doubt go stale while I am forced to wait for my new assignment. If they are still apropos when I change duties in a week, I'll share them with you. Otherwise I continue to pray for my FLDS friends, Warren Jeffs included, that their complete release come soon and as part of the bargain, that their lands be restored to them, and a damage settlement be offered and given to them by all who persecuted them in LE.

* Work down the page from where this takes you. The first post might be about me, or someone else, or several people. After a while it's about me. Again. Why would they be so furious with someone who incorrectly identified Blues and is setting himself up to be the fool again?

My opinion? Yes: GregJackP = UNT Sgt Greg Prickett = TxBluesMan of "Coram Non Judice"

A week ago you'd have found me about 98% sure, but as you know, I've made an ass of myself before on this topic.
I will be removing posts soon that suggest anyone else was "da Blues."

Without his confession, it's hard to say all doubt has been removed, but if Greg isn't Blues, then Blues stole his "CV" and Greg hasn't the sense to realize the trouble Blues has gotten him into.

I called Greg today. He denied everything, but didn't threaten me like cops do when they have the high ground. That's probably because he can't afford to do so. Then he hung up. GOTCHA!!

We (meaning the politically ecumenical group of persons "Blues" has ticked off) got together over all things on global warming. We don't agree. Blues & I do agree, but we could all agree his methods were unfair & outrageous. TxBluesMan has that effect on people. He rubs so many diverse people the wrong way that they end up liking each other, when normally they might be at each others throats. Thanks Blues. You've made me a bunch of friends I wouldn't have even sought, and I am a better man for it.

The Mysterious case of Gregory J. Prickett

There are of course, more than one of them in the world, some are Dentists for instance. But who is this one?
Bad Precedent (#106995)
by Gregory J Prickett on March 12, 2007 at 1:35 PM
According to Spitzer, we must always adhere to precedent, even if terrible and clearly out of line with the Constitution.

If this were the case, then Plessy v. Ferguson (1896) stating that "seperate but equal" was constitutional would still be the law of the land. Obviously this is not the case, due to Brown v. Board of Education overturning that decision.

In a like manner, in Betts v. Brady (1943), the Supreme Court held that Betts did not have a right to appointed counsel in his robbery trial. Thankfully this was overturned by Gideon v. Wainright (1963) and Escobedo v. Illinois (1964).

Bad precedent is just that - bad - and can easily be overturned.

As a side note, Spitzer ignores the facts that the cases he claims are clear and decisive are anything but that.

Presser v. Illinois does not address the question of an individual right to keep and bear arms, stating "Whether a State may not prohibit its citizens from keeping or bearing arms for other than militia purposes is a question which need not be considered..." If it doesn't address the question Mr. Spitzer, then there is no precedent established.

In a like manner, Mr. Spitzer misconstrues the other decisions, but I won't list all the details.
This one writes like TxBluesMan, of Coram Non Judice. When there is a Police Sgt. at the University of North Texas and a Wiki editor by the name of GregJackP who posts seemingly from UNT and "TxBluesMan" who has precisely the same background and interests as GregJackP, you wonder. Is there another Greg J. with a last name starting with P at UNT or is Sgt. Prickett the same person as TxBluesMan. At least, one of the people behind the persona.

Inquiring minds want to know.

Blues has of course closed his blog, making it hard for us to compare writing styles.

Inquiring minds dare him to open it up again.

I dont think Krakauer would have brought the existence of such a tape up on National TV if it didnt indeed exist.

So, seeing that the location, and intent was there (the “marriage” to the little girl, I tend to think its highly probable it exists.

And while it likely wont make it out for the public to see, I think that someday Warren will be sitting in a courtroom while its played to a jury.

Stamp, it’s been 48 hours and no one has stepped up to back up Krak.

If Krak saw the transcript and/or listened to the tape, he ain’t the first one and only one to see it.

That means a lot of other people saw it, and like Arizona and Utah with their “Sarah” calls, they didn’t believe it, only Krak seems to have believed it. Krak doesn’t occupy some gigantic special privilege special looky lou position in the Anti FLDS universe.

Your crowd doesn’t believe it so much either, the best reaction seeming to be “let’s wait and see.”

If there had been an immediate rush to substantiate Krak’s contention I’d have been a little worried, but he’s been out there all alone. And as long as you stay anonymous, you don’t count.

I dunno, maybe Blues is Krak, and I got under his skin. Thanks to Al for helping me with a nick name for Krakauer. It's so OBVIOUS. He acts like he's on it.

A bunch of thin skinned anonymous whining crybabies with the all the courage of an Ostrich.  He turned on comment moderation, just for me.

Hey, TxBluesMan. MORON. Read this.

Five justices agree. You are the biggest legal whore in Texas, or you're a complete idiot.
You can't be an accomplice to a crime that you have not established has occurred in the first place. In other words, in the unique case of Elissa Wall, you have to establish she was raped, before you can find an accomplice to that rape:
The Daily Record - "Only after there is a determination that an offense has been committed can the law impose liability on another party who ' "solicited, request, commanded, encouraged or intentionally aided" in the commission of that offense,' the court's opinion states.

Steed was charged with rape the day after Jeffs' September 2007 conviction, but the case has languished and it's unclear how it might now proceed."
In their UNANIMOUS decision, the Supreme Court Rejects your patent idiocy. It wasn't a majority you pathetic idiot.

It.

Was.

ALL OF THEM.

You sir (ma'am?) stand convicted of schilling for the prosecution, sacrificing all principle of law to weave a tapestry of bovine manure into the supposition that I was wrong, and you were right.

Well.

I WAS RIGHT.

YOU WERE WRONG.

100%

Got that you anonymous troll? Now, crawl back to where you came from. I don't want to hear "More" from "Ron" on the topic either. Cowards.

Totalitarians. Statists.

Not Linking, but Linking

A while back, Brooke Adams pissed me off, and I've pretty much stayed that way. Yes, I can say "piss" since the King James Bible also says a variation of that word.

Brooke now runs "Wordpress" for her blog, and on rare occasions I take a trip to the "Dashboard" of my account with "The Plural Life" (now called "The Polygamy File") and observe.

Does Brooke know that as a pissed off enemy I am the primary driver of traffic to her blog? Either that, or the "feed" that shows on the dashboard is incomplete. Here's what it said when I checked today:
The Pharisee linked here saying, "Will Elissa Wall repeat herself and drop charges i ..."
The Pharisee linked here saying, "I won a book! From "Frienemy" Brooke at the Plural ..."
Toes linked here saying, "Neatly tucked away between her book giveaways, Bro ..."
MPB linked here saying, "Hm, I really wonder what strange and malicious tal ..."
The Pharisee linked here saying, "I figured it would end this way: "On February 5, 2 ..."
The Pharisee linked here saying, "Of course he is a neutral party, not wasting money ..."
Toes linked here saying, "From the Plural Life's Weekly Twitter Updates: •Th ..."
The Pharisee linked here saying, "After taking an overly long time to decide what sh ..."
The Pharisee linked here saying, "Brooke Adams is pointing to a ruling where it says ..."
The Pharisee linked here saying, "Brooke Adams has a new post up at her blog involvi ..."
And I don't link that often, actually. The Polygamy File is not on my blogroll because she "Pisseth me off," but I dutifully link to items she posts and news she uncovers after a brief period of petulance where I didn't do that, merely mentioning instead where the material came from but not linking.

If I drive that much traffic to her just in blog posts where I link out of courtesy, think of how much traffic I would drive to her if she WAS on my blogroll.

Another thing, the remaining linkers coming into Brooke's Blog are all in the category of "Pro." Since I recently had it admitted to me by someone in a position to know that the "Antis" are in fact doped, this is further proof that despite the lofty rankings of the "Anti" FLDS bloggers, no one reads them really, because they link in too, but they don't show up and many of these links on my dashboard at Brooke's, are quite old.

So, to those blogging on the Anti side, no one cares what you think, and no one is reading it either. Except idiots like me.

And another thing, who is basically "pissing in the wind here?".
