Has he finally decided "Answer them nothing" is not in his best interest? It has taken him long enough to defend himself.
Is it too soon for your opinion?
My opinion is that eventually Allen will be exonerated, and while it is not a legal STRUCTURAL necessity of law that his "accomplice," Warren Jeffs be acquitted as a result of Allen's eventual acquittal, I think the special circumstances of this case will dictate it.
Then he will have the ability to attack Elissa's claim in civil court, as he is beginning to do now.
