He's BAAAAAAAAACK

Coram is back. Now, Blues, put up your forecast and why before the ruling comes down from Walther.
Of course this colors all my speculations on the business.

Simple.

Judge Walther will deny the Motion to Suppress.

Of course, I was asking you WHY she would. As of the moment she started scheduling trial dates it looked as if she had made up her mind.

I really thought she'd tuck tale but it looks like she's ready for another smack down.

It will be denied because probable cause existed for the warrants.

She will be upheld on appeal.

Even Goldie knows it will be denied, which is why he didn't bring it up...

Blues, you forget I read Gerry's filing. It's not up to him to bring up a proof of probable cause that Texas doesn't bring up themselves.

No one saw anything, that's why no one can name who saw what. Texas and their supporters continue to refer to things that "Texas Saw" and that "Everybody knows what they saw" but no one can tell me to this day who it is that "Saw" something, and what it was that they saw. Remember, you can't tell me what was seen until you can tell me who saw it.
