It remains to be seen if Obama is simply bailing out the retirement plan, or buying it out. It looks as if April will continue to be a bad month. The good news is that it's a Chapter 11, providing the story is true. The bad news is bankruptcy is never good. It's just better than the remaining alternatives.

Reading what someone says about herself on a public blog hardly qualifies as stalking.
I think "artlover" who is either Rozita (or at least a friend of Rozita, something "art" has admitted) needs to remember something.
The minute Rozita Swinton picked up her phone and called in a phony tip, she became a "public figure."
Rozita is guilty of prank calling in Colorado and at present is on a deferred sentence arrangement as a result of her guilty plea. All the legal maneuvering going on is at attempt to keep her from being convicted of a further misdemeanor crime so as to prevent her guilty plea from being entered on the books.
She plead guilty to a crime.
She is a public figure.
I cannot stalk her when trying to find out where she is, trying to get an interview, trying to discover published data about her. If it's out there, if she's publishing it herself, if there is someone purporting to be her, then they are fair game as long as I don't violate other laws.
I cannot for instance break into her home to gain information to publish about her.
I am a former broadcaster. I do in fact have a degree in that profession, as worthless as it may be. I am not a lawyer, but I did take Broadcast Law and Journalism as requirements for my BA which I got from the University of Central Florida in 1978 (Reach for the Stars!). Go Knights!
Rozita must retire for a significant period of time from the "public eye" and commit no acts that push her into the public spotlight for her to plead she is being "stalked" in an illegal way.
She must get off the Internet and cease to publish to begin that process.
