Gag order (agreement) placed on (agreed to by) Warren's attorneys

(UPDATED) I see nothing to be concerned about though I would dearly love to have a wiretap in Michael Piccarreta's office.

Matt Smith has moved filed an agreement that all audio and video recordings obtained and reviewed by Warren's defense are to be kept secret. I've gotten the impression all along that Michael doesn't try this case in the press.

Hey wait a minute. If Smith is trying to prevent Picaretta from helping the Texas defendents, well how can that be right after Smith has benefited from all the evidence gotten from the Texas prosecution?

Matt Smith continues to act to protect Texas interests, in a case supposedly not relying on Texas evidence, that is taking place in Arizona.

Which of course is why we don't believe him, nor does Judge Conn, when Smith says he won't used evidence captured in the raid. You don't protect the witnesses of a Texas case in Arizona when you aren't going to used those witnesses. After all, you don't need their testimony....

After looking at the linked document, it appears to me that this is not a Motion, but rather, a Notice of an Agreement that has already been reached by the Attorneys involved.

I stand corrected. I guess we could agree that agreeing before the court to say nothing amounts to a gag order.

Unless you're Natalie Malonis.
