Naomi Johnson drops suit, Says she "swapped"

They nonsuit, the FLDS doesn't sue. Now why not just do that across the board?

"We basically swapped nonsuits," Johnson's attorney, Robert Gibson Jr., told the Deseret News on Monday. "They dismissed, we dismissed."

I still wonder if there's not enough daylight left to simply blame this all on Flora and Rozita and let it drop. Throw Rozita in the mental hospital. Tell Flora she's an idiot and to go away. Write a check for actual damages to the FLDS and get on with life. That would be the wise thing. I have a feeling the FLDS would be wise, but would Texas?
