"During the course of the search of these premises, a call was made to law enforcement Colorado Springs, Colorado, the area code of the caller's telephone. The first officer contacted recognized the telephone number as that of Rozita Swinton, a 33-year-old African American, single, childless woman, who had been previously convicted and was awaiting trial on charges of false reporting of child abuse in that jurisdiction and was under investigation in jurisdictioins from Washington State to Florida."I had this story back in January as a result of my own investigative reporting. Texas knew about Rozita DURING the raid. Now we want to know, was it BEFORE as well?

(Read almost no one) I disagree, if you have been watching your counter, there are many of us reading what you write. I have considered making you my home page as your blog is usually my first reading of the day.:-)
Please keep up the good work, I don't know how much good your being right is going to do, where can we take it from here?
Carol, Thanks, that is the nicest thing anyone has said to me in a while.
Personally, I think there will be some spectacular movements in the future in this story, but I can't say when.
hugh, just because the defense put it in their motion doesn't make it so. they put a lot of stuff in their motion that just isn't true and doesn't in any way pertain to this motion.
Technically, it's still confirmed. That's two of us, one being an officer of the court. I haven't pointed out though, that the motion is wrong, because Sean Mandel denies receiving the call. I spoke to him personally. He couldn't have received the call, he was on detached duty with an FBI task force at the time.
I might just call those attorneys....
are you planning on coming in and testifying at the hearing on may 13?
