The guy in the hat that used to be here, is a prosecutor. It wasn't a "friend" of ours, or so he says. Wanna bet they know each other? Pretty well? I have received a firm denial from "our buddy."
I find your riddles intriguing. I can't say that I'm giving an official guess here...yet, but a thought came to mind after you mentioned this man is a Texas prosecutor.
One quick question (hint). Does he happen to live and work in the Dallas area?
Alrighty. I'll just post this as a comment then instead of a guess. There's just a certain blogger that I've always assumed was either a prosecutor, or a judge. He literally worships the justice system, and seems to consider prisons as sacred altars for the purpose of human sacrifices to his god. He also regularly attacks the Modern Pharisee. :)
So when i saw your post, I couldn't help but think of our unfriendly neighborhood vessel of wrath that lives in the Dallas area.

Actually, the other side of Wacko...sorry...Waco, TX. Let's just say he's one of several with a busybody sort of interest in events we care about.
Alrighty. I'll just post this as a comment then instead of a guess. There's just a certain blogger that I've always assumed was either a prosecutor, or a judge. How's that for a riddle? ... LOL
I'd say this fine fellow is in his circle of friends.
Ron?
Actually, I think (at the moment) it is blues. One thing for sure, it's Williamson County prosecutor John M. Bradley.
And blues says he is not JB of prosecutorial fame. I'll take his word for it.
