"The (Colorado) State Patrol issued 9,000 fewer tickets in the period from Jan. 1 to June 10 than it did for the same period two years ago, Trooper Gilbert Mares said."
Pricing does it again. Slowing people down, saving lives. It's like having all the good things that come with a Police State, without the Police.

This means taxes will go up. 9,000 tickets x $80 in court costs and $50 in fines. Loss of revenue. Ugh.
