"The Stolen Village" - Des Ekin. Most of you don't know about the Barbary and Turkish Pirate raid of Baltimore (not Maryland) in County Cork, Ireland. I knew OF the Barbary Wars but not of this one. It promises to be an interesting read. I have my daughter to thank for it. She announced that she doesn't want to know the details. She just knew I'd be interested in it because I've been going on and on and on about the Barbary wars.
